Shipping policy
We ship orders with UPS to European Union countries.
Orders ship every Monday and Wednesday.
All packages are insured and have a tracking number so the package can be traced while in transit —you will receive this number via e-mail when the order is dispatched.

Returns and Refunds
Orders can be canceled without any added cost until the order is shipped. If we receive a cancelation request after the order is sent, it will be considered a Return. Returns can be requested up to 14 natural days from the delivery of the product according to the following specifications:
You cannot return an order when the product has been opened, manipulated or exposed to inadequate conditions. It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition.
We cannot accept any package lacking the correct sender identification elements (name, last name, address, order number).
The return of the requested products will result in the refund of the paid amount by the User.
Any shipping costs incurred in the return will be assumed by the user.
In the case of mistakes by ourselves or any defect in the product will be exempt from returning. In that case, Ama Brewery commits to replace the defective or broken product with another equal product or the value will be refunded. See "Replacement".
To make a return request contact us by calling +34 943 622 130 or mailing to info@amabrewery.com. The User will receive an email with a return request receipt.
We won't accept any change or return if we haven't received any notification previously.
Replacement
It is not necessary to make a return in the following situations:
- If the bottle or bottles are broken.
When you receive your package, you must:
1. Check the goods state at the point of delivery.
2. Point to any anomaly in the delivery note, clarifying your reservation and including your signature.
3. Transport partners do not allow a delivery return if the client opens it in his/her presence, but you can check the package from the outside and if you see it is wet, you can not accept the delivery. Our partner will notify us of the incident and we will automatically send another shipment at no added cost to you.
- If the product is in poor condition.
- If it wasn't delivered because of the logistic company.
Ama Brewery commits to replacing the product, with no cost added to the client, or to refund the amount paid.

Ama Brewery assumes no responsibility due to possible shipment delays.
